For the customer's new electric water heater product, precise temperature control needs to be realized, and multiple functions such as timing, infrared remote control, WIFI networking, automatic shutdown, and power cut-off when water is discharged are integrated at the same time. The functional logic is complex, requiring multiple rounds of repeated debugging and program iteration optimization.

Solution

Customize the complete machine control solution, optimize the temperature control algorithm, integrate various functions including timing, infrared, WIFI, automatic shutdown, and power cut-off when water is discharged, iteratively update the control program for multiple times, complete reliability tests for multiple scenarios, and resolve compatibility conflicts between functions.

Result

All functions of the equipment have been fully realized, the temperature control accuracy meets the standard, the water-out power-off protection responds in a timely manner. After a long-term complete machine aging test, there are no problems such as functional disorder or communication abnormality, and the project has been successfully implemented.
