Challenge

For the new range hood product development of the client, it is necessary to realize multiple composite key positions, integrate multiple functions such as wind speed adjustment, lighting control, and thermal cleaning. The key logic is complex, and the software and hardware matching as well as all R&D and debugging work need to be completed within a short cycle.

Solution

Customize a multi-key composite control scheme, optimize the key logic and main control program, match the composite trigger logic of wind speed, lighting, and thermal cleaning, shorten the verification cycle, and quickly complete the joint debugging test of structure, electricity, and functions.

Result

The development and debugging of the project were completed on schedule. The composite key trigger response is accurate, and all functions operate normally. After the complete machine aging test, there are no issues such as accidental key triggering or function failure, and the new product was delivered successfully.
